Defective or Damaged Items

A clear description of the issue.
Photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
After reviewing your claim, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where items are proven to be defective or damaged and cannot be replaced. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
